Project Lionheart – Lion’s Breath – Update

Update on the Turbo fix.
Supra is now running smooth, with 11-13psi turbo #1 and up to 15psi after turbo #2 kicks in at 4,000 rpm. That makes the car leaps forward and the accelleration exciting.

Project Lionheart – Supra Overheating!!!

Supra overheated!!!
Was stuck in traffic with nowhere to stop (no shoulder…crazy motorway design??) when suddenly there was a slight *poof* and white smoke pouring out from right side of the bonnet (that’s where I relocated my radiator overflow tank/bottle to). Temperature gauge quickly climbed up. I had to brave the jam and took the nearest exit while the temp gauge was on past red (!!!!!).

Project Lionheart – The Beast Within

Well, after a lot of headaches around my Project Lionheart Toyota Supra, everything seems to be getting into their place properly.
I call it Project Lionheart : having a lion’s heart (2JZ-GTE, one of the best engines ever come out of Japan’s furnace) into an SZ MKIV Toyota Supra JZA80. Commonly known as Supra NA-TT Conversion project.
